Communication Manager controls reminders, client letters, marketing letters, and client billing.    There is no limit to the number of reminder types and letter types that may be defined.  PAWS tracks when to send reminders and letters and which reminders or letters have been sent.  All standard postcard stock is supported.  Use our generic postcard format or define your own using the mail merge feature of your favorite Windows word processor.  Send reminders based upon professional services and inventory purchased.

Appointment Book and Kennel Scheduler

Drag and drop makes setting an appointment a snap.  Define appointment types and color them for meaningful viewing.  No limit to the number of doctors, groomers, or staff members which may be scheduled.  Define and configure as many separate kennel facilities as needed.  No limit to the number of facilities or the number of cages in each facility.  Day, week and combo views.  Choice appointment intervals.  Block out time for lunch, vacation, etc.  Create drop off and pick up lists.
